the second year should be 51 sales, an increase of 34% year on year is healthy; and we're stoked with that.

Our Twenty-Third Month - July 2020

the second year should be 51 sales, an increase of 34% year on year is healthy; and we're stoked with that.

I feel like July was a nice month for us; the challenges of June had passed and I had booked a few days away during the middle of the month with my little family (now that were allowed to do that!). I think a breath of fresh air with extremely limited real estate work happening was just what I needed. It was also one of the first times I could step away and leave the day to day business with Alison & Louise to manage -- it's a pretty damn great feeling knowing that I've got great people on the ground to help me out.

On a real estate front, it's still going mind-blowingly well. A lack of availability of stock/listings is still the main word from buyers - with pricing still very strong and competition super fierce; more often than not. We had another seven sales going unconditional; notching us up to 84 unconditional sales. It's looking unlikely that we'll crack our stretch goal of 100 sales in two years. Looking at the current deal sheet it's looking like we'll be at 89 sales, come the 1st of September 2020. Given the first year was 38 sales, and the second year should be 51 sales, an increase of 34% year on year is healthy; and we're stoked with that.

On a styling front, we've entered the HIA Awards with a few of our recent jobs - 135 West Street in Newtown, Three Drummond Villas (which are now both sold and settled!) and lastly 29 Gentle Street in North Toowoomba. We're hoping that we can pick up an award or two, which will further highlight to our clients that our styling services are first class at an affordable rate. Feedback around the services so far has already been exceptionally good though.

Otherwise; we're feeling happy, positive and comfortable in our day to day services and outcomes. This feeling is something I've wanted for a long time... it's so much easier to do great work with good people, with nothing else slowing us down.
