We've always been of the firm belief that a large component for a successful sales campaign is a well-considered preparation stage. You won’t have a second chance to make a first impression.


Given our belief in the importance of preparation and the dividends it pays come sale time, it's not unusual (and we actually prefer!) for us to be involved with our sellers, well ahead of schedule. Sometimes before any renovations have commenced, or even a floorplan for a new build is decided upon.


We would much rather offer advice, early; as that way we can help you be in a better position come sale time, which is ultimately better for all of us.
